Originally I'm from Sand Springs and have lived in the Tulsa area my whole life. My husband and I along with our 2 sons live in Bixby on a half acre lot that used to be considered "country" but now has grown so much that both sides of the highway in front of our subdivision are now "citified" and we, thus, are no longer subject to the quiet sounds at night we used to have. We STILL, however, have fireflies!!

That sweet smell after a summer's rain, or before it begins to rain, thunderstorms, that wonderful loving protected feeling I get when I walk thru the doors of church on a Sunday morning, riding on the back of the motorcyle with my husband on a summer's night and going thru that cool breeze in the country that makes you shiver and smile at the same time, talking on the phone with my aunt Carolyne, whom I totally adore - and who is one of my best friends, hanging with my family just at home and watching movies together.

Rudeness, uncontrolled anger, forced apologies that are insincere

I used to make jewelry, but I lost interest a few months ago so I dont do that anymore, however, I can still make a pair of earrings in a heartbeat if I cant find a pair to go with my outfit..! Also, I LOVE to sew blankets and make odds and ends shirts and skirts without a pattern.
